Therefore, Toll Asia requires a system that has comprehensive features and functionalities, automated updates, which is also able to integrate with their current ERP systems to cater for convenience as well as processing data as a company at one go.
SOLUTIONS
PROSOFT provides fully integrated and automated HR systems as well as web-enabled applications.
- Any changes in policies from the statutory board will be updated in the systems at PROSOFT’s end.
- HRMS acts as the centralised system for all other modules so that when there are any updates in employee information, the changes are reflected in all other systems.
- PROSOFT’s systems were customised to be integrated seamlessly with Toll Asia’s existing ERP systems and the information from each systems could now be shared.
- Users are able to access data from and process payroll for the employees in all the business units with a single login and this allows the HR department to save a lot of time and effort.
