For HR Users
Not only accessible from office, HR can also access PROSOFT administrator modules from home when it's connected using any remote access software e.g. Citrix. With this, HR can use the system to, for instance, process payroll, from home, overseas or any other place. The experience will be as though you are connecting from office.
For Employees
Common practice, employee-self service modules are normally available on intranet or LAN access in office. However, you can open it up on internet access to allow your employees to use the employee-self service as and when, anywhere, everywhere. WIth this configuration, your employees, for instance, can apply for leave at home at their convenience.
Server
PROSOFT applications are running on Three-Tier client/server architecture. Three-tier is a client-server architecture in which the user interface, functional process logic ("business rules"), computer data storage and data access are developed and maintained as independent components. This architecture enhances performance, flexibility, maintainability, reusability and scalability.
Database
We use SQL database to store your confidential and comprehensive staff information. With SQL, you can retrieve, insert, update, and delete data, perform management and administrative functions.

PROSOFT system interface is very user-friendly. The easy-to-use interface ensures smooth navigation as you work with the application. It helps you to get familiar with the system faster and improve your efficiency.
Customization
Flexibility is one of PROSOFT’s strength. We understand that every company also has their unique requirements. Customization is possible for our systems, such as adding or hiding a field and creating a new table or report.
Comprehensive user guide
PROSOFT provides a comprehensive step-to-step user guide to web users. ‘Help’ button is also available for your quick check. Additionally, an explanation for the system features is also available for the administrators.
Security system
Security is benchmark to decide if the program is trustworthy to store information. We understand your needs. 3 levels of securities are available in our systems. The master user controls and monitors the access of other administrators to the database; whether the salary is open for viewing. You can even limit the read and write access to each administrator. Furthermore, you can also limit user access to specific information in your company. For example, the administrator is allowed to view the Executives information only.
Audit efficiency
PROSOFT Audit Log enhances your system security and reduces the insider threats by collecting and changing the data. The audit report can also be generated within seconds for your immediate action. System Activity Log logs down the changes in the employee records by system, date of change, user ID, workstation and action. Report can be generated according to the System, Action type and Date Data Audit Log logs down the changes in the employee records by system, date of change, table, field, changes types, user ID, old value, new value and the key fields and values. Report is according to the System, Table, Field and Date.
Flexible Reporting and Searching
The ability to generate accurate reports in a timely manner is imperative for the ever-increasing reporting requirements. We have 4 levels of Reporting and Searching for your different needs. They are Standard Report, Flexible Report, Query Writer and SQL Command. PROSOFT provides quick, easy, online access to accurate employee data. The feature is user-friendly, has multilevel search capabilities, allows users to define and saves multiple sort fields for future search/reporting needs. Users can choose to display, save and export in a variety of file formats, including Excel, Word and PDF.
Internet/Intranet Self-service
With Internet/Intranet Self-service, your employees can access to your company’s database to obtain information and change information. You can largely reduce your lengthy administrative paper work. It also eliminates unnecessary time and labor spent on the preparation and distribution of data. The employee's personal, payroll, and benefit data will be available at home or work.
Email reminders
Email reminder will remind you of important dates such as Employee Confirmation Due and Claim or Leave Approval. PROSOFT allows you to set Email Reminders before the due date. The email message will be sent to the relevant people. You even can add a note in Remark in the reminder email.
